Housing update – we will wait for Elliot to discuss this further.

Arnold reported that he has had several meetings with Planning Board and Board of Health re: in-law apartments.  Arnold would like to propose an article at Town Meeting to encourage in-law apartments.  Rob suggested we wait for next November’s Town Meeting to revisit this.  We should invite the Building Inspector and the Planning Board to our meetings to revisit this in early spring.  Robert Young will be invited to our next meeting – he is member of Housing Authority.

Signage:  Norma reported that she and Ellen have information for signage.

Marilyn mentioned that it would be very nice if more members of the COA Board tried to attend more functions sponsored by COA.

Norma reported on various property tax bills which were presented.  Norma will be attending a budget summit meeting with Ben regarding a bad budget forecast for next year.

Sid Rosenthal reported that the trash pick-up program was going well.  Sharon Cable TV has devices for people at Town Meeting to help them to hear.  If somebody needs sign language at Town Meeting, the Town Clerk should be notified.

The next COA Board meeting will be JANUARY 17, 2006, 3:00 P.M., AT TEMPLE SINAI.
